Nel corso degli ultimi cinque anni si è assistito a una notevole evoluzione delle norme tecniche che regolamentano, per il versante della sicurezza, le caratteristiche costruttive delle macchine agricole o forestali. Ci riferiamo in particolare alle modifiche già apportate alla norma armonizzata en 703/1995, al processo di revisione in atto per le norme en 709/1997, en 14017/2004, en 745/1999 ed en 704/1999 e alle azioni che l'Italia intende intraprendere per risolvere alcune problematiche di sicurezza connesse con la en 13524/2003, en 690/1994, en 836/1997, con le macchine agricole semoventi e i trattori agricoli o forestali a ruote con massa ridotta. Nel presente lavoro sono riportati i principali elementi di interesse che caratterizzano tale evoluzione normativa cercando nel contempo di approfondire quegli aspetti relativi alla interconnessione tra le varie direttive e alla individuazione delle azioni necessarie per ottemperare agli specifici requisiti di sicurezza.
In the course of the last five years, there were a considerable evolution of the technical rules governing the manufacture characteristics of safety of the agricultural and forestry machines. In particular, it makes reference to the changes already introduced to the standard en 703/1995, to the review process now in progress for the standards en 709/1997, en 14017/2004, en 745/1999 and en 704/1999 and also to actions that Italy intends to embark in order to resolve some safety problems about en 13524/2003, en 690/1994, en 836/1997, and with self-propelled machines and with agricultural and forestry wheeled smaller tractors (light weight). This work reports the main interesting elements that define such evolution of the technical rules in order to study in depth the various directives and to determine the necessary actions to comply with specific safety requirements.
