It is becoming very common that farmers use owners of agricultural machinaries to raise their fields. This has determined on one side the legal recognition that a farmer is allowed (remaining the same so without any change) to use his equipment also on parts of land that are lead by others and, on the other side, the request from the industrial operators of the sector to be rocognized farmers even if they do not farm fields directly. These requests have found an incomplete answer on “art. 5 del d.leg. n. 99 del 2004”, that defines the activity but it does not compare it to the agricultural one.
