Il paesaggio è un insieme di relazioni che lo rendono unico e al tempo stesso profondamente mutevole. E questo vale anche per il “paesaggio zootecnico”, termine che sottende una presenza dell’uomo e un profondo rapporto con il territorio circostante. Occorre però saper valorizzare questa risorsa con strategie di marketing territoriale capaci di fare sistema, con un approccio realmente olistico. È per questo che il volume curato da Bruno Ronchi, Giuseppe Pulina e Maurizio Ramazin è un utile contributo al dibattito, focalizzando l’attenzione su un aspetto particolare, ma non di secondaria importanza, come il rapporto fra allevatori e territorio.
The landscape comprises a complex set of elements which renders it unique, but at the same time means that it is in constant evolution. Exactly the same claim can be made for the stockbreeding landscape, an expression which encompasses man and his intricate relationship with the land. However it is vital that this resource should be promoted by a holistic approach to territorial marketing strategies in an effective system. Which is what makes this book by Bruno Ronchi, Giuseppe Pulina and Maurizio Ramazin such a useful contribution to the ongoing debate, focusing attention on a specific aspect of the issue, hardly of minor importance, like the relationship between stock breeders and the land.
